We are glad to inform you that our team of professionals successfully completed work on the next task “VoIP integration experience in Zapier“.
Implementation of integration between the Kazoo VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) platform and the Zapier platform. The solution was implemented by the JazTeam team for one of the commercial VoIP providers in Europe.
The main tasks of the project:
- calling a subscriber by phone number through an action (Action) in the Zapier platform;
- creation of triggers in the Zapier platform that are triggered by a call, call center events, parking calls to a waiting slot. Information from events is used to create Zaps (an abstraction that binds events) in the platform;
- the ability for the VoIP platform administrator to receive telephony events for all users in his system.
