How we work

By working with us you will achieve significant cost reductions as opposed to software development in Western Europe. We offer a communication culture that reflects the Western European way of working by working proactively, thinking together with the client and putting ourselves in your position. We do not blindly execute what is asked.

JazzTeam adheres to Agile methodology. This induces frequent feedback and overall open communication, which prevents misunderstandings and subsequent mistakes.

Our software development approach is based on the following principles:

  • Business needs orientation in software architecture
  • Adherence to SOA and open industry standards
  • Budget and time satisfaction along with functional requirements

Development Stages

Requirements

We want to fully understand your needs before implementing your project, so our first step is to analyze and document your high-level software requirements. With you, we will have many discussions, develop user stories and document them in our project management tool. This process ensures a project vision mutually agreed upon by your team and ours.

Develop and Test

The next step is to develop and completely test your software application using industry standard development tools, automated testing and an automated build process. Using the automated build processes, we can ensure product quality, ensure the quality of the software by running tests, detect coding issues, and enforce certain development rules prior to deployment. In addition, we are regularly documenting the code to making it easy to understand today or years from now.

Deploy&Support

And when you are completely happy with the finished product, we still be on hand to offer support as required. We can offer training to staff, answer queries and help to integrate the new system into your business. From a technical perspective, we can also host the application on our secure servers.

Specific details:

JazzTeam is Agile Java Development Company, so our main model of work is Time & Material.

  • In the Time & Material model, the project cost is calculated based on the time and resources spent on the project. The Time & Material approach is especially good for complex projects with frequent change requests, as it minimizes the risk of budget overrun and project delay. With the Time & Material model, the customer gains greater flexibility in terms of modifying specifications according to market changes.

Payment scheme:

Payments are done every month according to the hours worked over a certain period of time. In case of the hourly collaboration model, we require a pre-payment. The amount and terms of the pre-payment are considered on an individual basis.

Advantages:

  • The possibility of making changes to requirements in the process of development.
  • The possibility of starting development in the shortest time possible.
  • The possibility of controlling the development process.
  • The possibility of increasing the team size for the sake of reducing the lead time.
