The user should fill out a questionnaire in detail, indicate his physical characteristics, habits, lifestyle characteristics. And after analyzing the data of user profiles, the application will display a set of advice and recommendations to improve the user health and healthcare, will help identify the risks occurrence of complications as a result of incorrect lifestyle, will prompt prophylactic ways to prevent the negative impacts and health deterioration.
Web application is developed using Ember JS and JQuery frameworks. The user interface of the application is based on Bootstrap, SASS and Handlebars template processor.
